☀️ ‘My Kind of Yoga’ Workshop – Be Open ☀️ The Practice promotes a feeling of openness in our bodies, minds while feeling open to change. Sunday 24 February 2019 2 p.m. until 4 p.m at The Cowshed Studio, Steyning with Norma and Claire (3 miles from Ashington) March 2019 is almost here. A new month with F360 Hub sees our next workshop to launch the brand new practice – Be Open – which will run at Ashington Community Centre during March. This 2 hour workshop is ideal for everyone whether you are new to yoga or looking to develop your practice. This month we will be learning together and exploring: ☀️ Key yoga techniques to help us learn the practice ☀️ Simple moves to feel open in our bodies and minds, and being open to change ☀️ How the practice encourages us to be open to change We will work through the practice including the relaxation session, and round the afternoon off with hot drinks and edible treats. Meet in the Washington South Downs Way Car Park (TQ120119). Chanctonbury Ring dates back to the Bronze Age and is a significant landscape feature for many of us living in Horsham District. The 3 mile walk is an opportunity to visit this special site and enjoy extensive views into the bargain. Dogs welcome. Refreshments provided.

HDC Health & Leisure Walk @ Washington and Findon Valley | | |
Meet at Washington Southdowns Way car park (TQ120119). for a 6.5 mile walk. Explore the downland from Washington in the direction of Church Wood, returns via Chanctonbury Ring and the South Downs Way. Car park is at the southern end of Washington Village just before Washington Borstal joins the A24. Take the rough track to the car park on the left, just before the A24 junction. Dogs welcome. Refreshments provided.

Meet at Storrington Rec. Ground C.P Car Park RH20 4BG. This 3.6 mile walk offers visits to two wonderful areas very close to Storrington. Both are managed for public enjoyment and nature conservation. An easy flat route. Dogs welcome. Refreshments provided.
