‘My Kind of Yoga’ is a simple, straight-forward approach to Vinyasa Flow Yoga taught in a modern, ‘no-fluff style’. Dynamic movements and Yoga poses flow with breath creating a fully immersive mind-body experience. No previous experience of Yoga or flexibility needed. The class is suitable for all abilities.
