A Vinyasa Flow Yoga class which is particularly beneficial for people who enjoy recreation and sport. Vinyasa Flow is a perfect way to improve mobility, tease tightness from muscles (including hamstrings and lower back), and improve core strength. We move dynamically from from one posture to another to create a continuous flow of postures and stretches with the , before closing the class with relaxation.
